Practice Schedule
Before FCPS ends:
- 3:45 - 4:45pm: 13 and overs (with advanced 11-12 year olds)
- 4:45 - 5:30pm: 8 and under swimmers (with developmental/new 9-10 year olds)
- 5:30 - 6:30pm: 9-12 year olds
After FCPS ends:
Monday-Thursday:
- 9:00 - 10:10am: 13 and overs (with advanced 11-12 year olds)
- 10:10 - 11:00am: 8 and under (with developmental/new 9-10 year olds)
- 11:00am - 12:00pm: 9-12 year olds
Friday FUNDAY each week:
- 9:30 - 10:30am: 11 and older
- 10:30 - 11:30am: 10 and under
- 11:30 - 12:30pm: Team activity (ALL)
Afternoon practice (for anyone not able to make morning practice):
Tuesday - Thursday 5:00pm - 6:00pm (all ages)
